Terms of Services
1. General Information- Commissions are for personal use only unless explicitly agreed upon for commercial use (additional fees apply).
- The artist retains copyright to all artwork unless a copyright transfer is purchased.2. Payment- Payment is accepted via [ PayPal, and Gcash].
- Full payment upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after approval of the sketch.3. Process and Revisions- The artist will provide a sketch for approval. Major revisions can only be requested during this stage.
After the sketch is approved, up to [10] minor revisions are allowed. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.4. Turnaround Time- Completion time depends on the complexity of the commission and the artist's queue (typically [3 - 6] weeks).
- Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.5. Usage and Rights- The commissioner may not resell, reproduce, or modify the artwork without permission.
- The artist may use the artwork for portfolio, promotional, or social media purposes unless the commissioner requests otherwise.
Refunds and Cancellations6. Refunds
- Full refunds are available only if work has not started.7. Prohibited Content- The artist reserves the right to decline commissions involving [ explicit material, offensive themes, themes that make the artist uncomfortable].8. Communication- All communication will take place via [preferred platform, e.g., email, messenger, Discord].9. Agreement- By commissioning, the client agrees to these terms.
